One up for the justice system. Is it true that Atiku is paying his way through the justice system. If this is so. How rich are this guys?
@ Tminx, I don't think they did cos he never relented in his campaigning o! But I don't think he'll win without a major miracle.

It's a game. Whoever gets in, a number of people are bound to be surprised. God knows if after all the hullabaloo someone from God-knows-where [like Obasanjo did] gets in without us understanding what happened.
I heard about the ruling yesterday - I think this means that there will be a call for postponement of presidential elections to enable him campaign like other presidential candidates have been campaigning.
@ Linda, I share your opinipn.. I don't think he'll win as well.
@ Azuka, that would be so much wahala for real! I would be surprised if any other that Yaradua wins although I am undecided on if he should win or not...May the best man win... They are all corrupt!
@ calabargal, They will most likely keep to the 21st date... remember, OBJ is trying to frustrate Atiku's plans to be President, and INEC is a tool oBJ is using to his favor. Atiku on the other hand never reneged in his campaign so really, he left no stone unturned in his quest for the seat of President.

I don't know what all the fuss was about Atiku. He most definitely would not win. Still it is interesting that in spite of everything, he's getting a slot at the presidency.
He still will not win though and where would that leave him, after burning all his bridges?
hisssssssss. so they have finally decided. i wonder how two courts in a country can give two different decisions at the same time...and it wasnt an appeal... anyway one has decided.

@mimi, ..heyyyy! wassup? its been a whyl...the koko be say, the if yourcase (not yours o) is tried at the lower court and you do not like the verdict, you have the option of taking it to the supreme court which is the highest court in Nigeria, that's why you have 2 courts ruling on the same case, you dig? ;-)
lol...i dig ;) actually studied law at college,so i understand the whole appeal thing, i just thought that they were two courts at the same level, that were passing the judgement......of course the supreme court decision overrules any other..lol
so do u know the presidency results?lol
